When you arrive you will be greeted by your assigned technician. The technician will assist you with your problem and answer any questions you may have. If repair is needed, he or she will go over the options with you.
Bring the computer, power adapter, battery, and any software you have. If you are having problems with an accessory, (example: printer) please bring it as well.
